To mark the 80th anniversary of the end of WW2, Delta history professor Michael Evans and politics professor Ryan Petersen debate the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Was it a war crime that killed tens of thousands of civilians in a war that was practically over? Or did it save the lives of millions who would have died had the USA been forced to invade Japan to end the war?
2.00-3.30 PM, Wednesday September 24
Room N007 (Delta main campus)
